How are Sakura House guesthouses ?
|

is a partially shared accommodation. You will have a
private bedroom, and share kitchen, toilet,
bathroom, and living room,
with other people. Consider sharing a house or a large apartment
with
several people.
Some people call it - "Gaijin(foreigner) House".
Rooms are furnished, and monthly rents ranges from 48,000 yen to
0 yen / month. No key money,
guarantor, or agent fee required, you can pop in with a suitcase
and start your
life in Tokyo.
At Sakura House, you get more than a room; you also become a part of your guesthouse's community. From cooking meals and having parties together to cleaning the rooms and taking out trash together, the communal experience builds friendships that last a lifetime.
