By covering a partial deposit fee in advance, we can take note of your preferred requirements and contact you closer to your planned check-in date to help you decide and secure your place to stay from our available rooms.

You can find your room on our SEARCH page and secure any available room for your stay dates directly online.

Secure a room directly by covering a partial amount of your stay fee prior to your arrival, or take the first step of your future travel plans by contacting us .

Search for a room

Rooms can be searched by: room type, cost, size and area

Reserve a room or make an inquiry

When you reserve a room, you shall be asked to pay 30%~100% of the 1st month stay fee or total stay fee.

Payment can be made online with credit card or a Japanese bank account.

For payment via international bank transfer or PayPal, notification in advance is required (additional fees are involved).

Sign your contract

On your check-in date please sign your contract at the SAKURA HOUSE LOUNGE in Shinjuku, Tokyo. A valid passport is required to sign a contract and receive your keys.

Start your stay

All rooms are furnished and houses equipped for an easy start to your life in Japan. We also organize various resident events throughout the year so you can experience more of Japan and get to know likeminded travelers. If there are any problems with your room, or if you have any questions or requests, please contact us at the SAKURA HOUSE LOUNGE. Our telephone number is 03-5330-5250. We are open every day of the year between 8:50 am until before 6:00 pm.

End your stay

On your move out date, we ask you to leave the room before 11am. A SAKURA HOUSE staff member will later inspect the room and make sure everything is in order.
